The best place to start is again, NO MICROWAVE or High Fructose Corn Syrup, this will help heal the satiety center in the child's brain.

Autism and ADHD tips from Holly Hill
This is the journey we have had to recovering our son from Autism, Adhd, and getting him off his medications. We are continually working on and changing this, but this is the general guidelines for what worked for us! I encourage you to start with the reading and Sara’s class, so you understand the reasoning behind all the other things you will do- it will be so beneficial in your journey.

Chiropractic care: Chiropractic care was instrumental in our journey! Our son was very much out of alignment, which was causing major issues through his whole body. Use Valor after each appointment for the best results, and have them check for retained infant reflexes, and do exercises to strengthen the brain and crossing the midline
Oils: Daily use a capsule of copaiba, lavender, lemon, peppermint – we did 4 drops twice a day to start
Sacred Frankincense on the base of the neck, as well as Northern Lights Black Spruce for anxiety and restlessness
Sleepyize for sleep problems, as well as fidgeting.
Trauma Life has been helpful for us in releasing anger and frustration
Supplements: Pre and probiotic, 1500-2000mg DHA, Mineral Essence- lots of it!, Vitamin C to Bowel Tolerance if possible, Longevity or Thyme oil (in a capsule), Super B
Parasite cleanse
Diet:
We went gluten and dairy free for several months, then added them back in as raw dairy and sourdough bread
No refined sugars, no food dyes
Whole foods only
This will likely be the hardest change- but it is absolutely necessary!
Home Detox:
Remove every toxic chemical from your home- cleaners, soaps, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, personal care products, everything. Leaving these things will only add to the issues, because they damage the gut.
