I often receive requests for me to share my daily supplement/oil regimen, but it’s such an automatic part of what I do that I don’t often even think about it. So I thought I’d take some time to consciously go through my day and share it. (I may forget things just because it really is so automatic for me now and so ingrained with my life!)
It’s such an individual thing, and even changes for me personally often, that I hesitate to share it. But for now, here goes. This is where I am currently at in this moment, as I work to support my lifestyle, my tired adrenals, my 40-something body with shifting hormones, etc. I have carried and nourished six babies, had many many years of sleepless nights, battled years of doing the best I can for our health with extremely limited resources and finances, etc. (Just for some background as to what my regimen is working to achieve.)
There are many things I do day to day that I won’t list; I am only listing my absolute non-negotiables in order to simplify. We travel a lot and I bring these with me and take consistently while traveling as well (along with some other things to help with all the things that come with being out in public places).
**I do not throw supplements/products at my health willy nilly; each one of these things listed below are in my essential daily regimen based on research and results. For many of the things listed below, I have included links to learn more about that product and why I prioritize it in my daily regimen.
Morning:
Supplements with breakfast:
3 MultiGreens (YL)
2 Chlorella Detox (HFFG)
1 Cortisol Control (HFFG)
1 GlucoControl (HFFG)
2 Super B (YL)
1 JuvaTone (YL)
Pair of Essentialzymes-4 (YL)
Mineral Essence (YL) (amount varies based on sleep, stress, etc., usually 5-10 droppersful)
4-6,000 mg of Vitamin C powder (HFFG) in my water + 1 squirt Grapefruit/Bergamot Vitality Drops (YL) + 4 drops a citrus vitality oil (YL; usually lemon or grapefruit)
Oils in diffusers (varies day to day)
Valor on my neck

Teeth:
Thieves Whitening Toothpaste
Thieves Mouthwash
Skin:
Manuka oil in armpits for deodorant
Oil topically for perfume; favorites include Bloom, Jasmine, Amoressence, Valor

Lunch/Dinner or throughout day:
Essentialzymes-4 with meals
NingXia Red (2-4 ounces/day) + about 2 tsp of Sulfurzyme powder
Evening:
Supplements before bed:
3 Detoxzyme (YL)
3 MultiGreens (YL)
2 Cortisol Control (HFFG)
1 GlucoThera (HFFG)
1 Thyromin (YL)
1 Life 9 Probiotic (YL)
2 Super B (YL)
1 JuvaTone (YL)
Mineral Essence (usually 8-10 droppersful)
1 scoop or 6 capsules of Adrenal Cocktail (HFFG)
1 dropperful Cinnamon CBD (YL) when needed for better sleep
Face:
ART Toner (YL)
2 drops CBD Beauty Boost (YL) + 2 drops Frankincense
Body:
6 drops or so of EndoFlex on wrists
Stress Serum on back again
Myrtle on Throat/thyroid topically:
2-3 drops Progessence Plus on abdomen
Oils in bedside diffuser (varies)
faves are Northern Lights Black Spruce + Lavender
When I shower:
YL Shampoo & Conditioner (double wash with shampoo; shampoo no more than every other day)
YL Bloom Brightening Cleanser (face)
YL bar soap (faves are Lavender Oatmeal and Valor)
Lavender Lotion
1x/weekly:
As needed and/or for short-term regimens:
CortiStop capsules (for extra stress)
FemiGen capsules (esp in times when exposed to extra environmental toxins like public places, hotels, Airbnb, big events, etc.)
