There is a lot of misinformation out there about measles. And really important information missing. Please read these four facts about measles before making judgments about the measles "outbreaks" and before deciding if the measles vaccine is right for your kids.
1. The MMR Vaccine Uses Aborted Fetal DNA
The MMR vaccine is made from and contains DNA from aborted fetal cells.
The rubella portion of the vaccine was developed after an American researcher at the Wistar Institute cultured rubella virus from a fetus aborted because the mother was infected with rubella. This vaccine is called RA 27/3 because the rubella virus was isolated from the 27th aborted fetus and sent to the Wistar Institute in the 1964 rubella outbreak. Researchers were unable to culture rubella from the tissues of the first 26 fetuses sent to Wistar, which had been aborted by doctors because the mothers had rubella during pregnancy.
Note: These women were told their babies would die due to the mother having rubella, so they agreed to abortion for "medical research." The first 26 babies were found to not even be affected by rubella, meaning they would have been born perfectly healthy.
Pro-life or pro-vaccine? Can't be both.

2. The MMR vaccine carries serious risks and causes more deaths than measles.
Those in the conventional medical field act like measles is deadly. What they fail to tell you is that it is deadly in third-world countries only.
In the U.S., there were at least 108 traceable deaths due to the measles vaccine between 2004 and 2015 and zero deaths from measles.
So far, in 2014 there have been 288 cases of measles, no cases of encephalitis, and no death. In 2013 there were 189 cases of measles, no encephalitis and no death. In 2012 there were 54 cases of measles, no encephalitis, and no death. In 2011, there were 220 cases of measles, and you guessed it…no encephalitis, and no death. I could go on, but you get the point. By and large, measles is unpleasant, not deadly.
In comparison, the same cannot be said for the MMR vaccine. As of March 1, 2012 there were 842 serious injuries following the MMR vaccine and 140 deaths. Since 1990 there have been more than 6,058 serious adverse events reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). What’s even more sad is that only 1-10% of cases are actually reported on this database.
3. The MMR vaccine is a live virus vaccine meaning the newly-vaccinated can spread the disease.
From the vaccine manufacturer's product insert:
A study from Pubmed:
Measles virus RNA has been detected in the urine of the vaccinees as early as 1 day or as late as 14 days after vaccination. Measles virus RNA was also detected in the urine samples from all four of the young adults between 1 and 13 days after vaccination.
4. One simple vitamin can protect from measles/measles complications
The high risk of death and complications of wild measles is because of one missing nutrient. And that missing nutrient is generally only a problem in third world countries.
This is no secret, friends. The World Health Organization has it listed right on their website that measles is more prominent in areas where the population is deficient in Vitamin A and that they recommend treating measles with vitamin A:
All children in developing countries diagnosed with measles should receive two doses of vitamin A supplements, given 24 hours apart. This treatment restores low vitamin A levels during measles that occur even in well-nourished children and can help prevent eye damage and blindness. Vitamin A supplements have been shown to reduce the number of deaths from measles by 50%.
But instead, the allopathic medical field screams vaccines and not a word about this one simple vitamin. Why? There's no profit in vitamins!
VITAMIN A FOR MEASLES:
There are research studies, like this one, showing that vitamin A reduces complications from measles:
Other studies show that vitamin A treatment is VERY effective for treating measles:
Every child (that does not have fish allergy) should get cod liver oil daily. (Fish oil does not have Vitamin A.) Other good sources of Vitamin A include milk, eggs, butter, and organ meat from animals that are fed on fresh-growing grass for the majority of their life. Because these kinds of products are decreasing in their availability and are not as much a part of the standard diet anymore, the disease and complications of Vitamin A deficiency are becoming more common--from Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease to measles and many others.

(Please note that plant-based "Vitamin A" is not actually Vitamin A but the precursors to Vitamin A that the body must convert in order to be used effectively as Vitamin A. However, this conversion takes place in the liver and due to modern-day factors, research shows that most children and adults are unable to convert plant-based carotenoids into Vitamin A. So please don't skimp on the animal-based Vitamin A, especially for children.)
My preferred brand of cod liver oil currently is Innate Choice.
5. Naturally-contacting measles protects long-term health
Not contracting measles naturally actually carries risks and worsens the potential for the problems the conventional medical field warns us about.
In the pre-vaccine era, when the natural measles virus infected the entire population, measles — “typically a benign childhood illness,” as Clinical Pediatrics described it — was welcomed for providing lifetime immunity, thus avoiding dangerous adult infections. In today’s vaccine era, adults have accounted for one quarter to one half of measles cases; most of them involve pneumonia, one-quarter of them hospitalization.
Also importantly, measles during pregnancies have risen dangerously because expectant mothers no longer have lifetime immunity. Today’s vaccinated expectant mothers are at risk because the measles vaccine wanes with time and because it often fails to protect against measles.
This quote is from an article on Financial Post and goes into detail about the repercussions of implementing measles vaccine programs, how many measles vaccines were taken off the market after causing serious issues, how the rates of measles were going down far before vaccination programs were implemented, and more. It's a fabulous post and I encourage everyone to check it out for themselves and share it.
Not only does naturally-contracting measles provide lifelong immunity and stronger immune health but it also has been shown to reduce a person's risk of cancer and other diseases:
A measles rash as a child could yield protection against cancer as an adult (The Lancet, Bluming 1971, Pasquinucci 1971, Taqi 1981) and may provide protection against degenerative diseases of bone and cartilage, sebaceous skin diseases, immunoreactive diseases and certain tumors.
Look at the difference in the way measles was thought of before vaccine marketing, even just 30 years ago.
Let me be blunt. The only thing that's changed is that pharmaceutical companies are running our government, our media, and conventional healthcare practitioners. We need to stop drinking the Big Pharma Kool-Aid and start waking up to the truth. We need to protect our families. And that isn't going to be achieved by believing in the "herd immunity" myth.
May God guide your journey towards truth,
