HFFG Good Bad Ugly Ingredients Grocery Shopping Guide

If you’re just starting out on your journey and don’t know where to start, this free downloadable grocery shopping guide fits into your purse and helps you interpret food labels.  It lists some of the things that are good, the things that you will want to try and stay away from on ingredients’ labels, and those things that you really want to avoid!  Click on the title above to download it in pdf form. For printing, choose the 2-sided manual printing option in your printer’s dialog box and follow your computer’s prompting to flip the paper.

Free printable toxic body care ingredients postcard

After our Non-Toxic Body Care Webinar (which you can still register and view), I created this little postcard as a quick handy reference to help when purchasing body care products such as cosmetics, perfumes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotions, deodorants, etc. Print this off and keep with you to ensure that the products you buy and put on your body’s largest organ (your skin!) are safe!  (This would be best printed off on cardstock paper.)  You can also check out the Non-Toxic Body Care Webinar for suggestions on safe cosmetics, toothpastes, deodorants, lotions, shampoos/conditioners, and soaps!
