I would like to offer a Holiday Package Special to those wanting to give the gift of health. For a simple yet thorough gift, you can purchase yourself or your loved ones an Initial Client Evaluation and Wellness Plan. This service is $50 and involves a complete personalized evaluation of the client’s dietary habits (including a 2-day food log), health issues, current medications, and more.
For the Holiday packages, you can choose to add on 2 months of follow-up nutrition counseling for $100 ($10 off of the normal price) or 6 months of follow-up nutrition counseling for $200 ($30 off of the normal price). Both packages include the Initial Client Evaluation & Wellness Plan described above.

Each package comes with a gift certificate and a card, but must be ordered by Monday, December 19th in order to ensure delivery before Christmas. After that date, you can still order services and have the option of getting a printable gift certificate emailed to you for presenting to your recipient.
